Unlike some of our competitors, we only sell items that we have on-hand in our current inventory (no drop shipping from other suppliers or countries!).  As a result, we can usually ship all orders within one business day and many items will be shipped the same day if received prior to our delivery and processing cutoff time (approximately 2:30 pm Mountain Standard Time). To minimize shipping costs, we utilize First Class Shipping with the US Postal Service with tracking service for most lightweight accessories and tools (typically delivery time within 3 to 5 business days). Certain larger, heavier and/or specialty items (such as guitars, cases, amplifiers and similar items) will be shipped via UPS with tracking.  Customers are also welcome to use USPS Priority Mail for slightly additional cost.  We do bundle items together to keep shipping costs as low as possible and we offer free shipping for orders of $25.00 or more!

 At this time, we are unable to cost-efficiently ship products outside the Continental U.S. 


We want you to be happy with your purchase. Except as noted below, if for any reason you are unhappy or dissatisfied with you may return it in new condition with the original packaging within 10 days of the day in which the item was delivered (as shown by the delivery tracking service).  You will be responsible for return shipping cost unless we shipped you the wrong product or in the event the product is defective.  If your item was eligible for free shipping, your refund will be less our actual cost of shipping the item to you.  If the item is no longer in new and/or missing the original packaging, or the item was not shipped back to us within ten (10) days of our delivery to you,  we reserve the right to refuse the return or we may elect to provide a merchandise credit in lieu of a refund at our sole discretion.

Certain items including copyrighted sheet music and books, microphones, harmonicas and any items that come in contact with the mouth are not eligible for return. In addition, any items which are specifically described as "non-returnable" in the product description or sold through third-party marketplaces (such as Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, and Mecari) will not be eligible for return based on the policies of those marketplaces.

Items must be in the same condition as when purchased including all original packaging, manuals, accessories and component parts as applicable. New items must be in new and unaltered condition without showing signs of wear or damage in any way and returns will not be accepted on items that have already been registered for manufacturer's warranty.

Risk of Theft

Unless specifically noted, all shipping services we offer include tracking service and customers will be provided with tracking details when we have shipped their order. Customers are strongly encouraged to track their packages and make arrangements to ensure an approved party will be able to accept or retrieve packages upon delivery or to ship the order to a secure location which will accept packages on their behalf (such as their local post office in the case of USPS shipments or their local UPS store in the case of UPS shipments). We do not assume responsibility or liability for packages which were shipped to the address supplied by and/or confirmed by the customer and subsequently not received by the customer due to theft or other reasons. In the event a package is delivered to the an address different from the approved address, customers should first file a claim with the delivery carrier (e.g., USPS or UPS).
